Ground - 5 to 7 business days - FREE on orders over $150.00, Otherwise $6.75

UPS 3 Day Select - 3 business days for orders processed before 2:00 P.M CST - $9.75

UPS 2nd Day - 2 business days for orders processed before 2:00 P.M CST - $17.75

UPS Overnight - 1 business day for orders processed before 2:00 P.M CST - $39.75

Please read these important shipping guidelines

• Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day and Ground orders placed before 2:00 P.M. CST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same business day. • Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day and Ground orders placed after 2:00 P.M. CST Monday through Thursday will be processed and shipped the next business day. • If you place your Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day or Ground order Friday after 2:00 P.M. CST or on Saturday or Sunday, your order will not be prepared for processing until Monday morning. • There is no weekend delivery except for US UPS Overnight Saturday Delivery available Fridays before 2:00 P.M. CST. • If you place your order on a holiday that falls on a business day, your order will not be processed until the next business day. • HI and AK orders must select Next Day or 2 Day for a delivery method.

All products featured on BuySOG.com will ship directly from the from BuySOG.com in Chicago, Illinois. Products will ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS).

Although BuySOG.com makes every effort to ship the entire order as soon as it is received, some products will occasionally be out of stock or backordered. In the event that an ordered product is not in stock or on backorder, we will call or e-mail you to discuss the situation.

SOG Lifetime Warranty

All SOG products are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the original purchaser. This guarantee is voided (as determined by SOG) by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or alterations of the product and does not cover any normal wear that might occur. All guarantee claims should be directed to the factory. U.S. claims should be sent prepaid and insured. For international claims, call or write for information. SOG reserves the right to the repair or replacement of a product at our discretion. Sheaths and pouches are not covered under this warranty. Cases of surface rust, bent and broken tips, and coatings are also not covered under this warranty.

When returning product, please do the following: 1) Include a brief note inside your package stating what you are returning, the claimed defect, and how it faltered; 2) on that note, put your name, return address, daytime phone number, and your email address; and 3) insure your package for the full retail value of the contents.

BuySOG.com Return and Exchange Policy

To return an unused item to BuySOG.com for a full refund within 60 days of purchase, please enclose a note with the reason for your return along with the item(s) you are returning. Please allow 7-14 days for returns to be processed.

Exchanges for merchandise will only be made 60 days from date of purchase. We will not accept exchanges after sixty days or exchange used product. When you are ready to ship the exchange, please enclose a note with the items you would like in exchange along with the item(s) you are exchanging. Please allow 7-14 days for exchanges to be processed.
